MSN Netherlands

In my pitches for large campaigns I always try to come up with innovative ideas, targeted at the goals of the client and often pushing the limits of what's possible. Over the last six months alone this has resulted in ground breaking campaigns for KPN (incumbent Telco in NL). Adidas and renault. For all theses campaigns, MSN has won 80% - 100% share of budget.

In case of KPN, DQ&A supported MSN and Mindshare in a homepage takeover, using Dart Motiv. The creative agency didn't deliver the expendable layered ad according to our specs. On top of this, the deliverables were sent too late. DQ&A worked all night (!!!) to re-do the creative so that it could go liv3e as promised to the customer. If it wasn't for DQ&A, this creative would never gone live on the day of the homepage takeover. This commitment to MSN and our customers on top of the ecpertise of DQ&A have resulted in huge customer satisfaction.

Adidas planned on doing the first ever MSN Messenger one-day takeover in the Netherlands. In this period MSN had a problem with the pre-expandable ad in MSN Today which didn't work at all. DQ&A found a workaround so that part of the pre-expendable ad was able to rum for part of the day. Again, it was the effort and expertise knowledge of DQ&A which helped MSN to resolve an issue the advertiser could do nothing about.

Both campaigns form Adidas and KPN are nominated for the most prestigious online awards in The Netherlands, Needless to say this would never have happened without the efforts form DQ&A.
