I'm really pleased to give you my feedback on the cooperation with DQ&A.

At today it's one year and half that we started working with DQ&A on a daily basis for Order Apporval and trafficking. In particular we have been supported by Elio Galasso who has always proven to be efficient, competent and flexible.

I would like to point out the characteristics that we particularly appreciated and which helped us with our daily tasks:

* The general availability of the whole DQ&A team, who never refused to procces the urgencies, even when it meant working over time or during the weekend.

* The pro-active support, in particular with Elio always offering alternative solutions to overcome possible issues when approving the orders or when fixing creative material issues.

* A gerneral support, not strictly related to the trafficking activities but on several related fields.

We are very satisfied with the way DQ&A approaches the work with us, since they look like an internal MSN department (very close to our needs and always willing to do their best to help us without strict SLA considerations) more than an external vendor. Once again, their flexibility and capability has been very useful for the general management of our campaigns.

I definitely think our co-operation is value-adding for both us and clients, that is obvious!
